[ Home ]As a university teacher, my school allows all teachers to arrange time by theirselves.
But I must arrive classroom to give my class on time strictly.
When I give a class I can not answer my phone.
All companys want to promote thire efficiencies, that is why there are some weird rules in companys.
What kinds of rules to adopt depend on staff's ablities and qualities.
But the bottom line is all the rules must comply with laws.
Before, there was a weird rule in my school: you can not somke while you are moving , even outside building.
Because teachers' promotion only depend on their papers.
This kind of rule discourage teachers' enthusiasm on teaching, which is the foundmental work of us.
