[ Home ]When I was a junior high student, I used to stay up to study.
I felt very free at night, I could choose subjets I was interested in to study.
Because I went to bed very late, I always felt tied in the morning.
So I need to take a snap at noon to recover my energy.
Because night is the only time belongs to ourselves.
In the day time, we have lots of things to think about , working ,housechore, child, etc.
We could hardly make time to relax or do things we favor.
The most obvious harm is it's bad for healthy.

i am a bodybuilding fan, I concern my muscle a lot, I konw I should go
to sleep earlier otherwise I will lose the best time for growing muscle.
after my kid sleep, I alway sit in front of computer to read some articles or prepare my lesson or play games.
the best way is arrange your time and carry it out strictly.
at the same time , don't take any electoric productors to your bedroom.
colse the curtains, don't let light in.
if you want , you can do yoga , it benefits your sleep.
