Lies
[ Home ]In two kinds of situations, people would lie.
One is fear, the other is wanting to achieve a special goal.
There are so many lies in our lives.
For example, if you were late for a meeting because of sleeping, many people would say: it's because of the traffic jam.
As a teacher i face more lies in my work than others, sutdents always copy homeworks or cheat in exams.
identifying lies is hard, and I believe it's not necessary.
There is a saying in China: there is no fish because of too clear water.
So people don't have to be so smart.
I think the most common lies made by people are what we say in social contacts.
In the situations, we always flatter ohters, you are so beautiful, you look young, you are handsome ect.
These kinds of white lies always do no harm .
I'm curious why there are some people who can tell lies so easily, especially to their leaders.
They can avoid obvious shortcomings in team work, and talk a piles of praise.
I could hardly tell lies in formal situation.
Most of time, i don't expose their lies. I feel it would be awkward.
But I'll act according to my judgement.
